Already received a diagnosis

Our Dementia Advisors can help you find services you may need or people who can give you specialist advice. All the hub and advice services are free.

We can spend time with you helping you to understand what is happening, offer practical advice and look at things you can do to maintain your wellbeing. Whether you are a person living with dementia or are supporting someone who has, we can help.

We have connections with lots of other organisations so if we don’t know or you need something we don’t offer we can help find someone who can.
